Wetumpka- Personal Self-Defense Class

Sandy Thrasher, who is a Taekwondo instructor, will be teaching a personal self-defense class at the Wetumpka campus on Saturday, January 23rd from 2:00pm – 3:30pm.  Adult men and women are encouraged to attend.  Teenagers age 14 and above can participate if accompanied by a parent. Masks and social distancing will be followed to the maximum extent possible.  Individuals are encouraged to come with someone from their family (ie. spouse/teenager) so they can practice the defensive techniques with someone they already are living in proximity with.
